At Autism Custom Gifts, many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, meaning each item is created specifically for you after an order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

✅ We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if you received the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or defective, or there is a clear printing or production error.

📩 To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.

❌ Refunds or replacements are not available for incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer, minor variations in color or placement due to printing processes, or change of mind after purchase.

⏱ Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
